Team Jordan (left) gathered for a 2nd straight year to participate in Nashville's Country Music Marathon on Saturday, April 28, 2012, in honor of our dear friend and brother, Jordan Jair Rashan Turner.  All Team Jordan team members who registered completed the half marathon (13.1 mi) with a great sense of accomplishment, but even more importantly, knowing they'd honored Jordan by carrying on a tradition and past time he so enjoyed.  In 2010, Jordan astounded friends, family and co-participants by completing that year's full marathon, a distance of just over 26 miles, in only 3 hrs 31 min, never having trained professionally.  It is that sense of drive and achievement Jordan exuded in everything he did, that continues to motivate his family and friends.
